This was a totally intriguing book. I was fascinated with the plot. The illustrated version is best because you have the visuals right at hand.

This is a very large series equal to Watership Down. The repeating theme of a Redwall warrior and a Badger Lord adds a signature that sings Brian Jacques. Taggerung and Outcast of Redwall are especially good.
